E-Z Air Motion Controls is a system of pneumatic components that offer simple, rugged, remote control of parts of your model railroad system.

You can use E-Z Air to control turnouts, crossing gates, semaphore signals, engine house doors, mine tipples, water tank spouts.. , the list is endless, and limited only by your imagination. E-Z Air is not scale specific. It is being used on Z scale indoor layouts up to G scale outdoor garden railways.

E-Z Air has only the finest in components. All are made from corrosion resistant materials, including brass, stainless steel, Delrin, nylon and nitrile (buna-n) rubber. Our actuator is of a totaly new design, using robust parts for long life. Weather, especially moisture, doesn't affect E-Z Air components like it can electrical components. As a test, we submerged an actuator in water and cycled it until it's open end was totally full. We then put it in the deep freeze at 0 Fahrenheit for two days. After thawing it out, it worked fine. No leaks. The internal ice didn't harm it. Just like new

E-Z Air offers various methods of control, including: control from one location, control from two, three or more locations simutaneously, control from one of a number of selectable locations, and electro-pneumatic control for command control or radio control users. Actuation may be immediate, or slowed by using our Throttle Valve. For complicated pneumatic control systems, we offer custom design and fabrication services.
